About Deborah Brown Majekodunmi

Building Partnerships. Creating Impact.

I am a Nonprofit Funding Strategist with over a decade in international development, facilitating the acquisition of funding and managing multilateral and institutional donor portfolios – USAID, EU/ECHO, FCDO, and UN for programs implemented across Africa, Middle-East, Eastern Europe and the Americas.

Alongside my career, I co-founded FTLG Network and MADE Financially, and established Beyond Grants, extending my commitment to collaboration, financial empowerment, and sustainable social impact.

I joined IMCAB’s founding team because Pearl built the space I wish had existed earlier. Where holding a career, a business, and motherhood at once is not the exception, but the point!

To every woman here: you are not too much. You are building proof.
