I am a mother, and my passion is rooted in the empowerment of women.

Professionally, I am a dynamic IT Manager with a strong track record in digital transformation, product development, and IT project delivery across international environments.

But my work has never just been about corporate systems. It has always been about people.

After over a decade of building my career in Germany, I have experienced first hand what it means to navigate a new system while balancing ambition, responsibility, and the many roles that come with raising a family at the same time. Along the way, I began to notice a recurring pattern. Highly capable women, especially mothers, were not struggling because they lacked competence, but because they lacked support, positioning, and clarity within the system.

This realization stayed with me. It burned within me, and over time, it became impossible to ignore. 

I bring both strategic clarity and practical execution into every space I operate. But more importantly, I bring lived experience. I understand what it means to pause, to restart, to question your direction, and yet still carry the desire to grow.

Through IMCAB, I am committed to building pathways that help women regain control of their professional direction, pursue sustainable career or business opportunities, strengthen their long term financial future, and cultivate the resilience needed to navigate life’s transitions with confidence.
